In a partition case, to subpoena the PLAINTIFFS who reside in other states, can the subpoena be sent to their attorney in Florida-the case in in Palm Beach County. If so, is registered mail sufficient or must a process server be retained?

No subpoena should be necessary to have the Plaintiffs attend a deposition. If you want documentation from them, then a Request to Produce needs to be filed.
