Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My partner left. She is not on the mortgage, which was not my understanding, since the papers were faxed to me for signing. She says she is on the deed. Is this possible? Is this legal? She demands her equity be returned. There is none since the value is less than the purchase price.
