Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Is it possible for one party,who have general power of attorney just for her father to sell property,which belongs to two people,namely her father and his wife /my mother/.? If not ,what we could do to stop her.

No. She will not be able to sell withoput your father's consent and signature.

If the deed is in both names, then both need to sign to make the sale.
