passing away
My mother passed away and I have her car they will no longer except payments from me, In the state of the florida is there a law about when someone passes away the car is paid for?

Absolutely NOT unless the decedant had a credit life insurance policy which is not very common. If there is an unpaid loan, it must be paid by the estate or the beneficiary who gets the vehicle or it will be repossessed by the lender. There is no such thing as a free lunch.
