Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
i am paying reduced rent for the past 14 months for my store as the business has been very slow. now when the buliding is going to be sold my landlord has sent us the notice that he will not refund our deposit back. pls advice as to where do i stand. the lease on the premises expired before the change in rent happened and the store is on month to month basis
