payment
the morgage company said that a payment was returned ,which it was not I sent them bank statements and a letter from my bank saying that the money came out and nothing was returned now each month after thats its showing a late payment ,,what can I do

It can be nerve racking to deal with a large lender, but there is little you can do other than keep fighing the good fight. I would suggest using letters rather than phone calls. Letters will help create a paper trail to bolster your claim if you need to defend against these type of errors with credit agencies and the like.
