Call the police and report the problem in writing to the condo association. Call the police.

Depending on the facts there may be a claim for "invasion of privacy."

Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes is silent about peeping toms. If you have a problem, you should notify the management of the Association of which you are a member. Make your concerns heard at a board meeting which is open to all unit owners. If they fail to take any action, then you may wish to call a general membership meeting by having 10% of the membership join with you.

Be sure to notify the police of any criminal violation. They will be the fastest and best source of relief.
