Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

people under 55 living in adult communities/age discrimination

Must ''active adult communities'', which require you to be over 55 to

purchase a home, allow a certain percentage of people under 55 the

right to purchase a home in the community? I heard a rumor that it is

20%. I am looking for the law I can refer to. Thanks for your time.
