Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
A person entered my apartment after finding my key, though she did not have permission. Is this against the law? The person is not the owner/landlord/roommate/cosigner to the apartment. I also have a confession of them finding the key and using it.

How did they find the key? How did they know it was your apartment? What did they do? Hard to answer your question without more facts. Sounds like it could be trespass, but without more information no criminal authorities would pursue a case and without damages you have nominal damages at best.
