Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i have a piece of vacant land in florida thats being foreclosed on, i also own a home that i want to sell and will be doing owner financing can i move out of state while a foreclosure is in process?

I wouldn't, as you may lose any Homestead exemption you have.
