Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Poor service of property management company
I own a vacation home in Orlando, Florida.
My Property Management Company pays me rental fees monthly, based on their bookings and nightly rates.
Their occupancy rates are very low, below standard rates for the area, and I also believe that they book my home less often than other homes in their books. Their rental fees are below standard rates, and also below what they represented to me that they could obtain.
They also fail to pay cancellation fees on bookings.
Their service is very poor, and they typically take 5+ days to respond to enquiries.
Can I claim against them based on any or all of the above?

Re: Poor service of property management company
An attorney would need a lot more information and
would need to review all the documents, especially
the agreement which sets forth the management company's
responsibilities. I suggest you make an appointment
and consult with an attorney.
