has a power of attoney for my mother here in tampa fl , it has made out on both my brother an my name to make medical and finacial decision , also has were she give me the rights to her entired estate if she pass away, she has pass away. her real estate property is in my brother's an mother name .is the poa still active as she has pass on an can i make changes to a quick claim deed here in tampa fl thank jay

The POA ends with her death. You cannot change a quit claim deed that already been recorded. Sounds like the POA appoints you and your brother, is that jointly? If so, you both need to act together in whatever you do. The POA cannot act as a will passing her assets.
