I have lived in my current resident for the pass three yrs and the house has been sold twice! The second time it was brought was on June 5 2006 is when the new owners did the closing! They contacted me the very next day to tell me that i have to move by the end of June 2006! I need to know what are my rights and what type of legal action cal I take? I need to know if a house is up for sale should I have been still be paying rent?

If you have a lease they cannot force you to move out. If you are a month to month tenant they must serve you with written notice to vacate. Yes, you must pay rent.
