Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
pre construction condo contract
we entered into a contract for a pre construction condo where the developer marketed and advertised a 25 acre site, 12 buildings, ect.... now as we are going to close shortly the developer is not going to complete the project as advertised and will be putting up a fence to divide the two areas....we have read the florida statutes and believe we have a case not to close as statute 718.506 publication of false and misleading info states that if we relied on this info as to why we purchased there and now the developer has changed his mind about the original plans.....do we have any recourse?
