Pre construction Contract

In the state of Florida is there any laws that state that there is a way out of a Residencial constuction that exceeds 2 years to complete the. I have been waiting now over 2 years for my Townhouse to be finished and I would like to get out of my contract now and get my deposit back, because of the change in the market. Do you think I should retain a lawyer
