Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Pre marriage agreement
I married my second wife in the Dominican Republic. We
agreed to a pre marriage agreement in which neither one
would have a right to any property we owned. Are my
children protected when I die to inherit my only
property a condo ?

Re: Pre marriage agreement
The answer will depend upon what the agreement states and the procedure used to enter into it.

Re: Pre marriage agreement
The agreement should be reviewed by an attorney. Whether or not the property is considered the homestead will also potentially have an impact on any right a spouse may have at the time of death.
