Prenuptial Agreement
I own an apartment and my future wife also own her own house.
Before the ceremoy, what do we have to do, to make sure that no one will be able to claim any rights on these properties?
who would be the person to contact to record these documents ?

If it is ;our intent that each party protect there assets from divorce and estate proceedings a pre muptial agreement must be prepared and executed by each party.
