How to prepare a quitclaim deed to transfer deed from two parents divorced to their child who is an adult. Will one deed suffice or do they need 2deeds. Original deed held as tenants in the entirety.

One deed is ok, but title of the owners must be carefully done. You should hire an attorney to assist in the transfer.
