Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I've got a private FL residence with a defective deed that needs to be corrected through probate or Summary Administration. Should I look for an attorney who specializes in probate, real estate or both?

It would be wise to find a real estate attorney to review and correct the deed, unless you know for certain what needs to be done. After that, a probate attorney would help you navigate the probate process. You may well be able to find an attorney who can handle both.
