Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

probate question

Say I died and have a legal Will and I own property but no one knows I died other than the mourge. How does my Estate get addressed?

I really do not understand your question. When you draw up a will someone or several other people should know about it and where you would keep it. Seems strange that noone would noticed that you died. Do you not have any relatives or family?
