Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am having a problem filling out change of ownership & escrow assignment. The form has buyer information & also a section called seller information. My husband was the primary owner but he has passed away. My name was not on the title. I am the sole surviver we had no children. I went through probate to get my name on the the title. The mortgage company won't even tell me how to fill out this form. So, how can I do what they want when they won't help me?

There is also a simple assumption agreement form in which I don't know what to do because they won't tell me how to do this form. I have never ever did anything like this before & I'm stuck.
