Hi i have a problem im paying 650 for a place with no doors windows open 24/7 because they dont close all the way NO smoke detecors outlets hardly work termites i can just keep going

Your lease agreement controls. what does it say? Perhaps you should move instead of living in this place. Your lease controls your ability to move. Mr. Slater is correct about your ability to demand repairs per statute. Seek some legal help.
