Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm in the process of buying a condo--short sale and am told that I have to pay everything upfront before closing. Is this correct?

Never heard of that, and I do a lot of real estate work. First review your contract and see what it requires. Then contact the title company handling the closing and verify when you need to provide funds. If you have any questions I would hire an attorney to advise you.
