Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am in the process of purchasing a condo in South Florida. I know both the seller and listing agent, is it necessary that I provide my own real estate agent since the listing had already been helping me through the process?

Legally, no. You should have your attorney review all documents before you sign.
