I am currently in foreclosure. While

reading the complaint,The lender

admits having ''lost '' the original

note.Is it too late to demand they

''produce the note''? The sale is

scheduled 14 days from now

If the sale is scheduled, then a judgment has been entered against you already. That means it's probably too late, but you should speak with an attorney, who can look at your paperwork, just to be sure.
