Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Proof of employmnet for renters.
Under Florida State Law is it manditory for a tenant to provide a letter of proof of employment to the landlord, and if so do the tenants earnings need be included in said letter?

No. There is no such law.
A potential landlord may ask you any questions he/she desires, however, providing it does not violate any of the federally protected areas, and it is your choice whether or not to answer. The landlord does have the right to refuse to rent to you if you will not answer a lawful question.
