proof of income for moving into a trailer park

My grandson is moving his trailer into a new park and he does not have the income requirement. He would like me to co-sign for his trailer to use my income record. Would I be liable in anyway?

I'd have to see the contract to be sure, my hunch would be yes, you would be liable.
