Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have proof that I never received the Acceleration Notice for my foreclosure. They sent it USPS Registered Mail with Return Receipt, which shows no signature (because I never got it). Will this defeat their Motion for Summary Judgment?

No because the filing of the lawsuit is acceleration of the underlying debt even if you never got the registered letter.
