one of the properties that we have purchased has our daughter on the title with my spouse and I. We only want her to be able to claim homestead exemption for the home...I want to know if she gets into a legal financial problem/difficulty will we end up having to pay her liens or what ever. and can whoever is in the suite against her come after me and my husband other properties

If you are on the title, you are exposed. If she does not live there, then there is no exemption. If this is a sham to avoid taxes, then you really have exposure.
