Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Property bought for a daughter

My husband and I bought a home for our daughter because she had a bankruptcy against her name but she paid the down payment, and is paying all of the mortgage payments, insurance, taxes and upkeep. It is her home. We have her name on the deed but they would not put her name on the mortgage. We have 6 other children and we need to make sure this doesn't go into probate if anything happens to us or that none of the other children will be able to give her any trouble. The home is in Jacksonvill, FL and we live in Arkansas. Please give us some advice.

These matters are very fact specific. Therefore you should have a Florida Real Estate attorney review all of the relevant documents before they advise you as to the best course of action to take.

In order to question the question I would need to see the deed, the mortgage, and the sales contract. If you like me to review this I would need to send me via e-mail your telephone number and what time I can call you to discuss us further.
