Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i own property and my ex boyfriend owns the mobile home. he refuses to get his mobile home off my property. he wants to divide(sell) the entire property and receive 50%. i just want his mobile home off, what can i do. the agreement was that the land was in my name and the mobile home in his because of the difference in equity that was put down.

You can file a lawsuit and have his trailer removed. I would suggest U get a lawyer. If U can not afford a lawyer, go to UR local legal aid office 2 C if U qualify 4 a free lawyer.
