Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello, I had a property in Broward county that went into foreclosure in 2013. The bank holding the second mortgage put a judgement on me for that property back in 2009 but it is not in my credit report. I have tried contacting the attorney to negotiate it and he said he is not in charge of the case anymore. The bank doesnt have any records of me cause the loan was written off and I dont know how to get rid of that or who to contact to negotiate it.

What can I do? Can I go to court and request the judgement to be vacated?

The files must be reviewed and the judgment holder contacted. Although the judgment cannot be vacated it may be deemed satisfied.
