Property Damage

During a recent storm a neighbor's tree damaged the screen enclosure to my pool and burned out my pool pump. Is she responsible for the cost of repairs?

Re: Property Damage

She may very well be. Seek the advice of counsel. A claim may be made and your neighbor's homeowner's insurance policy may cover it. In fact, if you get along fine with your neighbor, you may want to let her know that if her homeowner's policy covers it, it is likely that no money will come out of her pocket. Get a lawyer and good luck.
