Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Property dispute

I inherited my husband's family property at his death. The deed showed 2 city lots and I just naturally assumed that the house set on one of the lots while the welding garage sat on the other. My husband's father built the building between 1955-1960 with their names engraved in the concrete floor. The building is made of tin and is large enough to drive 2 semi-trucks into. The house burned in 1998 and I recently decided to put the property with a realtor. That's when I discovered the property where the building sits is owned by the relative behind my property. I know that the family and myself maintained the property all those years. When I approached the woman with my realtor, she said she knew the property belonged to me and it would only be a matter of transfering it over to me. A week later she called the realtor and advised them since she owned the property she was just going to keep it.

Since that time she has cut off the locks I had on the shed and removed my property from inside the shed and disposed of it. She has also cut a right away through my other lot to have access to the building. Is there any way that I can get the rest of my property back?? She wasn't even aware of any problem until I told her. Thank you!!!
