Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a property in Florida and my property manager has failed again to maintain the property. First time it cost me over 20k to fix the house and loss of rent due to a failed tenant. Now it seems my house has mold and I find out about it not from the tenant or property manager but the other realtor I hired to sell the house. Now it appears I will have to pay even more out of pocket to fix the house. Can I sue the property manager for negligence based upon a history of poor management of the house?

The answer to your question depends on the terms of your contract with the property manager. That will detail the duties of the manager.
