Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

property

Irecantly traded a vehicle for some work I completed mostof te work and had already taken the vehicle. the owner signed the vehicle over to me and I sod the vehicle prior to all of the work being completed. I was and still am willing to complete the work but the person whom I recieved the truck from has changed his mind and no longer wants me to finish the work. HE also has stated that he wants ''HIS'' truck back .I had the title and I did do some of the work we had a contract stating that the work for the truck I sold the truck with every intention of finishing the work however HE decided that he no longer wanted the work done ...What can he do is this criminal or civil ????

You shouldn't have to worry about this being criminal from what you've written. It sounds like a contract dispute. Even if nothing is written or signed, you have both acted in reliance on this contract; so I suspect the worst you could have happen is that you'd have to give some or all of the truck's price to the other guy. You should contact a local attorney who can advise and represent you in court if necessary.
