Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a property and it was leased without my permission by previous owner and this was accepted by the hoa management i want monetary compensation from previous owner and hoa management because of the serious mistake how much money the hoa can give me.? ? Thanks

Huh? Previous owner had a right to lease property when he owned it. He may have had an obligation to notify you about the lease, but that would have been in advance of closing. Did that happen? The HOA likely had an obligation to review and accept the lease if appropriate at that time. If you had an attorney at closing the attorney would have send out requests which would have revealed the tenancy. Depending on what your contract stated and what the closing documents reflect, you may have some kind of claim against the previous owner. Seek legal help. I don't think the HOA is responsible to you for any damages.
