Property left to three siblings
Based on a will, a house is left equally to three adult children, who agreed to sell the property. Instead, one of them moves into the house and decides to take up residence. Can this person effectively block the sale?

No. The three all own and must agree. If one will not agree, then a lawsuit must be brought. Get our tutorials to learn how - whether you have a lawyer or not. Know what must be done to win!
