Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Property Lien on Husband only - am I liable?

Two credit card companies (husband's name only) have put liens (in his name only, interest bearing) for non-payment on a home which is jointly owned by my husband and myself. We have been separated for four years, I live in PA, he in FLA where property is located. Am I personally liable for anything on these liens? What possibilities exist for resolution if property is sold? THANKS MUCH!

If the home is 'homestead' the lien does not attach. If not, then enforcement of the lien would be dependent upon how the property is titled.
