A Property Management Company in Florida is hired to advertise a single family home for rent and to try to procure a satisfactory renter.
Does a Property Management Company have a responsibility to notify any and all prospective renters that the subject property ( home) is 3 years in arrears of the owner;s property taxes and that a lis pendens foreclosure notice has been served on the homeowner?

They have no affirmative obligation to notify potential tenants of these issues. The tenants actually will have pretty solid statutory rights to continue their tenancy despite the foreclosure. If asked this question, they cannot misrepresent the answer.
