Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Property Ownership

My Mother -in- law helped to get a property, her name is on the title and documents and I paid the deposit and make all the monthly payments. We have a great realtionship but I would like to know how I can get my name on the title and what would happen if she died before I was able to do this. Thanks.

Have a new deed executed. On her death it would go to her estate.
