Property Question

I am getting divorced from my wife.

we refinanced our home years ago and both of our names were signed to the documents since I was the only one having an income. Now after checking with mortgage company only her name was put on the mortgage even though both of us signed the documents. What rights do I have to the property, now that she will be defaulting on the property since she cannot make the payments? Also the morgage company will not allow me info on the documents that show this info, what can I do?

If you are on the deed you are an owner.
