property sale

My brother and I sold property and each had expenses toward that property. the day before the closing my lawyer told me my brother wanted to recaculate his numbers. two weeks later I am still waiting to hear about this recaclculation and still do not have my money. Is there a time limit?

It should have been paid out. If there is a problem, the attorney cannot represent both of you.
