property sale

My deceased husband owned a timeshare unit in Fl. titled in his name only (by oversite). What legal action is needed to sell it. All else in his estate moved to me automatically. I am 72 yrs. old and limited income, your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, it will require probate. Even if you are the sole heir, or sole beneficiary in his will, it will require a summary probate. The filing fee will be $230, and an attorney giving you a break on fee will probably charge you $400-500.
