Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
property sale
My deceased husband owned a timeshare unit in Fl. titled in his name only (by oversite). What legal action is needed to sell it. All else in his estate moved to me automatically. I am 72 yrs. old and limited income, your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Re: property sale
Unfortunately, it will require probate. Even if you are the sole heir, or sole beneficiary in his will, it will require a summary probate. The filing fee will be $230, and an attorney giving you a break on fee will probably charge you $400-500.
