Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

my property is for sale through a realtor appointed by a bankruptcy trustee. Is it legal for them to file a theft claim on my homeowners to replace appliances that were not there when they listed the property?

if they were supposed to be there, than yes the claim may be appropriate. be careful if you removed them the insurance company can come after you for those costs.
