property

I've been separated for 2 years from my spouse and i'm interested in purchasing a new home. can she claim half of the property even though we've been separated 2 years?

There is no separtation per se in Florida, the only time a court will recognize a seperation is when there is a signed separation agreement or when the parties file for divorce.
