Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a property that was signed over to me by my boyfriend. I did a little work on it and now he would like to buy it from me and finish the work with a renovation loan. Is this legal?

Not sure what a renovation loan means. he is going to get financing to fix up the property that you will transfer back to him? Sure it is legal, no guarantee a lender will agree to fund the renovation loan. Seek some legal guidance with all your facts.
