property sold with liens without being disclosed

i bought property via quit claim deed- found out after that there were numerous liens on property. Seller said before I bought property he was not aware of any liens. I have proof that he was aware of them. This property was bought through ebay. Have already contacted them, they are unable to help.

Do I have any legal recourse?

Suit for recission or damages for fraud.
