Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My property. not my trailer.

I own property that I live on and let my mother put a trailer on. After 6 years she moved out and left the trailer. The morgage is in her name only. She is on s.s. only. The morgage company has called me wanting payment. I have let them know that this is her trailer and my property. Also that I just want to know when they will come and pick up the trailer. He said they don`t want it,they want the money. I have told them do not call me again til you are coming to get it, and not to come on the property til they set it up with me.My question is, what rights do I have? Can they just up and leave it here as long as they want? Is there a way to get them to remove it? Thanks for any answers.

Re: My property. not my trailer.

Send them letter certified mail to take it if they want it or you will treat it as abandoned property & have it removed for junk.
