Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I purchase abandoned storage units at auctions in which all the contents would then belong to me. The storage units are sold in their entirely by the auctioneer for that business. In the last storage unit I purchased I found a safe deposit box key in a bank envelope do I own the contents of the safe deposit box at the bank or do I just own a safe deposit box key?

You own the key not the contents of the box.
